**Duties and Responsibilities**
- The Systems Management Specialist will generally perform the following functions:

- Support defined technical system areas and provide technical support for TrakCare products to existing customers.
- Responsible for the overall delivery of the System Architecture Plan and management of associated resources and activities to ensure that software is delivered and deployed in line with upgrade project requirements.
- Communicate with the technical team to obtain technical support when required and obtain standards for the ongoing support of TrakCare Products.
- Monitoring and responding to client site calls and internal stakeholder groups on the TRC logging system.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TrakCare focused on infrastructure and platform areas

- The duties initially assigned include, but are not limited to:

- Support the process of installing TrakCare patches/releases/builds on the required customer platforms in accordance with quality assurance protocols and Service Level Agreements as agreed with the customer for software release authorization and installation.
- Provide support on the data dictionary.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis for implementations.
- Monitoring and responding to Technical Team issues on the TRC logging system.
- Supporting and testing of TrakCare internal and external utilities, e.g. patching tool, print service etc
- Assistance to Presales for any technical request such as architecture, configuration, hardware sizing etc
- Production of training materials for technical courses such as system administration.
- Production of technical documentation such as reference materials, installation instructions, user guides, knowledge-base articles and how-tos.
- Participate in the on call 24 hour support service as required.
- Other duties may be directed by the Company from time to time.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Graduate IT and MCSE qualifications highly desirable
- Experience in installing, configuration and managing InterSystems Data Platforms.
- Knowledgeable in InterSystems Data Platform Object Script programming language
- Experience managing Linux Servers with advanced apache configurations is a must.
