**Description**

We are currently seeking a friendly and organised individual to join us as a Staff Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our staff. As a Staff Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to interact with various departments and employees. Making this a dynamic and rewarding position with in the Disability Sector.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Maintain and update employee records, including time off requests and sick leave.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing requirements and make appropriate adjustments
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including necessary documentation and training
- Act as a point for staff inquires and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and track staff attendance and address any attendance-related concerns
- Execute and manage employee recognition programs to promote motivation and engagement
- Support the HR department with the recruitment and selection process
- Coordinate staff meetings and training, including arranging venues and distributing relevant materials
- Generate regular reports on staff performance and attendance for management review

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a coordination or administrative role
- Strong organisational skill and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with Discretion
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Availability to preform on call duties.

**Salary**: $62,836.80 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Elizabeth, SA 5112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
