**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Ongoing Full Time
- Band 5 Salary $73,491 + 10.5% super
- Hybrid flexible working arrangements available

Help us ensure safety and building standards are met, issue building permits and certificates, and respond to enquiries on all things related to building control matters. **ABOUT YOU**:
You will have appropriate qualifications or be willing to undertake tertiary study in building surveying. Relevant experience in the building surveying industry in either a building regulatory, enforcement or administration role would be an advantage.

You will be a strong communicator with a customer focus and commitment to working in a team environment.

Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook is required. This position also requires a current Victorian Drivers Licence.
