**About the role**
Western Health’s Integrated Community Health Service is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to step into the role of Operational Lead - Community Paediatric Allied Health Team Leader. In this key leadership position, you will provide operational oversight and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across our community paediatric allied health programs and clinics, with a strong focus on supporting vulnerable communities.
You will work in close partnership with the Community Paediatric Allied Health Manager and key stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational goals for a dynamic multidisciplinary team. Your role will involve leading the Paediatric Allied Health Clinics team, fostering a positive, values-driven team culture, and ensuring excellence in service quality, safety, and innovation. **Key responsibilities**:
- Providing operational leadership and direction across Paediatric Allied Health
- Supporting a collaborative, positive team culture aligned with Western Health values

**About you**:
- Minimum 10 years experience as an Allied Health Professional
- Demonstrated achievement in provision of expert clinical service in area of expertise
- Experience in leadership and supervision within area of responsibility to ensure effective service provision/program delivery
- Completion of or progress towards an additional formal qualification in health service management (and/or leadership)
