The main goal is to provide the highest quality caring service through working in a tight knit team who all understand the importance of daily operations within the village. This role will have strong onboarding processes and continuous career development and training to ensure you are equipped with the best possible knowledge to succeed and continue to rise within the management team.

Other Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Ensuring all compliance is in line with required statutory and regulatory processes.
- Consistent meetings with resident committees, financial sub-committees and other resident groups.
- Quarterly and and annual account preparation.
- Ability to support financial management of village through payroll, bookkeeping, budget creation and client billing.
- Strong customer focused communication skills including stakeholder management, first contact for residents, guests and visitors and ability to network with residents and their families to ensure they are up to date with any necessary information, changes or news.
- Support rostering of team as well as working closely with the maintenance manager in order to make sure all proactive and reactive work on site to maintain the upkeep and presentation is completed and in line with WHS policies.
**What You'll Need To Succeed**:
- A professional, friendly and proactive nature with strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to connect and network with community groups, families, care providers and individuals to attract new interest in the village.
- Relevant experience and skills in office, operations or facility management with exposure to financial planning and budgeting.
- WWCC, First Aid, Police Check & Flu Shot (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of Retirement Village Act and Legislation is highly regarded.
- Proven leadership experience in leading a team and working with other department heads to reach the same goal.
