Experience, Skills & Attitude required;
- Experience as a Section Waitstaff or Cocktail Bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume venue - at least two years
- Can confidently handle and enjoy looking after a section of 6-8 tables, consistently delivering a tight sequence of service
- A genuine care and confidence in looking after people and great (and we mean great) banter
- Outgoing personality - naturally a glass half full always
- Care for attention to detail
- RSA required
