The Fresh Collective are looking for a passionate and experienced CDP for our new restaurant MOD Dining by Clayton Wells, at Sydney's most exciting new opening - Sydney Modern Project at Art Gallery NSW.

**The Role**
- Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Preparing exceptionally presented dishes, consistent in flavour and appearance
- Run the section or sections allocated
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
- Assist in managing the kitchen in the absence of the Sous/Exec Chef
- Excellent career progression and development
- Follow all food safety procedures and legislation

**About You**
- A motivated chef with a passion for creating excellent dishes
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, from busy restaurant
- Punctual, self-driven and autonomous, whilst being open to direction and learning
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic
- In possession of a valid Australian working visa
