**Your opportunity**:
As the **Workplace Relations Lead**, you will support the development and implementation of our employee relations strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing to an engaged workforce. Reporting to the Head of Experience Performance, you will be responsible for managing Enterprise Agreement negotiations, offering expert workplace relations guidance, and actively participating in policy and process enhancement to support our strategic goals. This is an 18month maternity leave contract.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project manage the development and implementation of appropriate Employee Relations initiatives and programs to achieve the business' strategies
- Provide Employee Relations support for strategic organisational initiatives such as business transformation and enterprise bargaining
- Prepare submissions and advocate for the organisation before the Fair Work Commission and other relevant tribunals and courts
- Support in the design of the Employee Relations strategy
- Support businesses within the group manage Employee Relations issues, including case management of performance and/or conduct issues
- Promote a safe working environment by managing investigations of complaints of bullying, harassment, and discrimination
- Ensure that workplace changes are managed in consultation with all stakeholders and in accordance with legislation, industrial instruments and policies.
- Design and deliver education and Employee Relations related coaching to the business
- Provide expert advice on all aspects of employee relations, industrial instruments, policy interpretation and employment issues to support the business
- Negotiate and manage end-to-end processes in bargaining for enterprise agreements.
- Maintain effective consultative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the broader P&C team and specialised functions to develop solutions, programmes, and policies.

**About you**:
We are seeking someone who is passionate about shaping our future, helping people through transformational change and holds the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

- Previous experience in a similar human resources/employee relations role
- A strong understanding of the Employee Relations Framework and Industrial Awards
- Knowledge of and experience in contemporary P&C practices, policies, and procedures
- Exceptional negotiation skills, managing complex discussions, and securing win-win outcome
- Proven success in crafting and executing employee relations strategies aligned with business goals
- Clear and adaptable communication style for diverse audiences & the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and positive approach to a continual changing work environment
- Adept at making tough decisions with integrity and guiding others through challenges
- Strong numerical analytical skills
- Tertiary qualifications in law, industrial relations and/or human resources
