**The role**
- Management of Admin team; Providing support to direct reports ensuring they meet all admin requirements. Setting goals and coaching individuals to meet the expectations of the role and development goals.
- Branch Manager support; Assisting the Branch Managers with all areas of administration.
- Financial Target and Budget Management - interpreting results and providing the business with updates
- Expense Management, processing, and reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
- Financial and Month End Reporting
- SG&A PO’s; Ownership of all Branch SGA PO’s, raising, receipting etc.,
- Accruals; Reviewing all cost accruals or revenue reversals in line with our policy requirements
- Warranty: Raising warranty work orders, ensuring all jobs are completed and lodged by deadline. Running weekly warranty report and participating in weekly meetings.
- Reviewing various admin and financial reports; Aged open PO, PO noncompliance, Revenue and SGA Reports.
