AT&L are a dynamic engineering consultancy that care for their staff’s development and wellbeing. We have a fantastic company culture and boast a low staff turnover. We have over 75 staff across our North Sydney, Parramatta, Brisbane, and Melbourne offices, and have plans to grow extensively over the next 12 months. Based in North Sydney and reporting into the General Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to manage the People and Culture aspect of the business. **About the role** You will be responsible for: - Managing the recruitment process, including dealing with agencies, arranging interviews, advertising etc. - Managing the HR process, including onboarding, career reviews and performance management. - Employee engagement and retention strategies including benefits. - Support the leadership team by providing guidance on company policies and procedures. - Identifying training needs and implementing a training program. - Lead and contribute to a positive company culture that promotes Diversity and Inclusion. - Work alongside the office manager with social events. **Qualifications & Skills** - Degree qualified in Human Resources or Business. - Proven experience in a similar role - Highly motivated, pro-active attitude. - Team player with a “can do” attitude. - Ability to work independently in a team environment. - Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail. - Experience with Employment Hero or similar HRIS preferred, but not essential. **Benefits** - Flexible working arrangements - one day working from home. - A financially secure business that has plans for growth. - Wellbeing matters at AT&L; We have an excellent Employee Assistance Program and company benefits including extra days of annual leave. - Excellent social working environment including Friday lunches, multi-cultural office lunches, quarterly social events, annual conference. **Collaborate | Excellence | Growth | Wellbeing | Inclusion.** **Collaborate & Innovate | Quality & Integrity | Growth & Wellbeing | Diversity & Inclusion
