**We are seeking an **experienced, friendly and personable** **Receptionist**to join our busy reception team in our **expanding organisaton**.

Working **part time** (four days per week), Tuesday to Friday**, this **permanent** position is based mainly at our **Lilydale** site.

Utilise your **people skills** and **community health sector experience** and make a real difference to support the health and wellbeing of those within the Yarra Ranges.

**About the role**:
Our reception team is the face of Inspiro, supporting our clients to access services in a welcoming and seamless manner. Whilst partnering with our Allied Health and Dental clinicians, you will perform a range of administrative and support functions enabling them to provide high-quality services.

Working with both clinicians and clients, you will be part of our committed team of between 8 -10 Receptionists, who have a genuine love for people and processes and who can juggle the needs of clients with other daily responsibilities.

**Position Responsibilities**:
**In this role you will**:

- Provide a friendly and client-centred service
- Answer the telephone, booking new appointments, confirming existing appointments, processing cancellations, recording messages, and providing information, referrals & resources
- Record client’s arrival and notify clinicians, make appointments & collect fees for groups and individual services
- Manage client appointments and maintain accurate client information using the data systems TrakCare, Titanium, Pracsoft/medical director
- Work closely with the intake staff to support the timely and efficient flow of clients
- Open, record & distribute incoming and outgoing mail ensuring that the CEO or Service Manager/s are advised of any urgent correspondence
- Provide general administrative duties including filing, faxing, retrieval of information, health records, photocopying & ensure cash register balances daily.

Ideally with **reception and admin**e**xperience**in a **community health/allied health**/ **dental** or hospital/medical setting, you will:

- Have the ability to work with a diversity of clients in a busy environment, in a friendly and professional manner
- Be committed to being a team player who is reliable and supports and contributes positively to the team culture
- Have the ability to work with time pressures whilst managing multiple tasks
- Possess intermediate computer skills including MS Office, electronic recording systems and data management tools, along with a capacity to learn new clinical software packages
- Have experience with client data systems including - **TrakCare, Titanium, Pracsoft/Medical Director (**highly advantageous).

- hold a current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
