We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Venue Manager in our newest venue on Chapel Street in Melbourne - Wong Baby
**Wong Baby showcases a range of Asian Fusion dishes in a fun, upbeat and energetic restaurant split across two levels in the heart of Chapel Street, Melbourne.**

The appointee will manage all day-to-day operations of the business and work closely with the Executive Team to maximise the growth potential of this thriving business.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in senior hospitality roles including large scale restaurants.
- Proven experience in staff leadership, training, and development.
- Excellent business management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in performance analysis, reporting and strategy development.
- Excellent decision-making skills and a can-do approach to work.
