We've been keeping secret and we can't keep it any longer **Yo-Chi is opening in the heart of Melbourne at QV**, and we’re building our dream team to make it happen. We're on the hunt for passionate **Venue Managers and Assistant Venue Managers**who are ready to shape something special from the very beginning

If you're a natural leader, thrive in fast paced environments, and want to be part of launching a brand new venue, this is your chance

As a Venue leader, you’ll be at the heart of it all. You'll ensure every guest leaves with a smile, every shift runs smoothly, and your team feels inspired and supported. You'll oversee everything from team development and customer service to inventory, KPIs, and venue performance.

**What you’ll do**:
Lead by example and drive exceptional customer experiences.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and smooth daily operations

Manage daily operations, stock control and inventory

Champion a safe, positive work environment that meets all Health & Safety standards

Recruit, train, motivate and develop a high performing team

Own key metrics like Labour, COGs, and P&L

**What we’re looking for**:
Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR = bonus)

A people first mindset with demonstrated experience building strong teams

Positive, proactive, and hands on. You lead from the front

Solutions focused

Strong organisational skills and ability to remain calm in high impact environments

Confident managing rosters, performance, and team development
