**Do you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in related field;

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Monitor, review and manage compliance systems to ensure staff is delivering exceptional care in line with 365 Care Policy and Procedures.
- Ensure 365 Care is compliant and audit-ready following all policies and procedures
- Educate team through ongoing training
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all staff and clients
- Maintain required documentation and audit requirements
- Proactively manage all compliance and audit-related tasks
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You will be responsible for ensuring that 365 Care delivers exceptional client-focused care that meets both in-home Aged Care and Disability standards and legal requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining ongoing compliance-related documentation, conducting mock audits, and ensuring that the organisation is fully compliant across both sectors while working closely with Team Leads to assist with policy development and implementation.
**ORGANISATIONAL COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Identify, create, and support the development of policies and procedures to Governance Committee for approval and then ensure they are followed by all.
- Ensure staff are conforming with Aged Care Quality standards and/or NDIS Practice Standards.
- Report internal audit findings to teams and educate team on shortfall to ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve conflicts of interest with assessment and ensure full disclosure with affected clients/staff.
- Plan, implement and oversee risk related programs or activities.
- Maintain registration, continuous professional development (CPD) requirements, Police Checks, First Aid etc.
- Respond/Report/Follow up incidents in line with 365 Care Policy and Procedure.
- Manage and draft correspondence for the Aged Care Commission and NDIA as required from time to time.
- Represent 365 Care during external audits and ensure a successful audit.
- Develop and implement a training plan
**COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OUR CLIENTS**
- Ensure that 365 Care best practice is implemented.
- Demonstrate, through measuring and reporting, the impact of the services provided and the well-being of our clients.
- Ensure that all service agreements, purchasing agreements and contracts related to the delivery of services are executed correctly.
