**About the Role**:
You'll be the heartbeat of our team, coordinating the online presentation of one of our most exciting clients weekly promotional program and supporting the production of their catalogue. This role is all about collaboration, creativity, and client relationships.

**What You'll Do**:

- Creative Collaboration: Build strong relationships with strategic and creative teams. Dive into the strategic and creative process and contribute to process improvements.
- Client Management: Develop trust-based client relationships. Drive work-in-progress processes, assist in meeting preparations, and maintain brand guidelines.
- Team Culture: Be an energy giver, contributing positivity and motivation. Support the project team and foster a collaborative environment.
- Financial Coordination: Manage financial tasks like filing signed estimates, opening job numbers, and generating POs.
- Media Coordination: Foster strong relationships with media partners and manage material instructions and dispatches.

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- Flawless attention to detail and ability to follow and drive processes.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and emerging presentation skills.
- Curiosity about the digital world and a passion for integrating new technologies.
