Mandatory qualifications/professional registration/other requirements:
While not mandatory, relevant formal qualification would be well regarded. (i.e. CHIA, Bachelor of Digital Health/Health informatics, ITIL, Agile, Prince project methodologies)
An open 'C' class driver's licence is desirable.
Participation in on-call arrangements will be required for this position. Appropriate remuneration under the relevant award will apply.
**Specific Working Conditions**:
Travel within the state and interstate from time to time may be a requirement of this position.

Your current CV or resume, including the names and contact details of two referees. Referees should have a thorough knowledge of your capabilities, work performance and conduct within the previous two years, and it is preferable to include your current/immediate/past supervisor.
A covering letter (maximum 2 pages) on how your experience, abilities, knowledge and personal qualities are relevant for the role, taking into account the key responsibilities and attributes noted in the 'How you will be assessed?' section.
