A Day in the Life
An internal growth story has opened an exciting role for a Field Inventory Analyst based in Brisbane In this role you will play a key role in supporting our Cardiovascular business units and their respective field teams in managing seamlessly the consignment inventory process across Queensland and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Strategic Planning Director, the Field Inventory Analyst will demonstrate cross functional collaboration and communication in consignment inventory management and backorder management.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • To work with the field team to ensure that SAP accurately reflects what is at consignment stock locations
  • Assist supply chain / Marketing with consignment requirements during phase-in/phase-out situations
  • Management of obsolescence / expired stock
  • Assist with continued process improvements around the consignment management process.
  • Work with the respective business units to setup PAR levels
  • Carry out analysis on the appropriate field stock levels
  • Conducts physical inventory counts
  • Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Champion best practices in inventory control and contribute to process improvement projects

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years relevant experience in inventory control required
  • Experience or willingness to operate in a customer facing role is essential
  • Willingness to travel as required for the role (20-25% in Brisbane)
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
