NHP have an exciting opportunity for an energetic Product Manager to join our talented Marketing team.

Reporting to the Business Manager - Power & Control, your primary responsibilities as Product Manager is to develop strong business relationships between NHP and our Supply Partners to ensure the Enclosures & Climate Control portfolio is effectively managed. In addition, you will be responsible for growing business by developing product offerings, analysing the market, pricing, competitors and setting targets.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Develop, execute, and communicate strategies and promote growth opportunities for the portfolio
- Develop and communicate Product positioning and messaging to differentiate NHP products in the market
- Communicate the value proposition to the sales team and develop sales tools that support the selling process
- Identify and analyse the market size, structure and important changes within relevant business models
- Develop and maintain localised supporting material including training material, price lists, demo’s, Social media awareness, and website content
- Monitor and maintain product life cycle - growth, decline & general performance
- Assist the sales team in achieving their targets

To be successful for this role you will need to have the ability to work across departments and in conjunction with multiple stakeholders to manage the Enclosures & Climate Control portfolio and ensure marketing programs are executed.

**Ideally you have / be**:

- Relevant work experience in Product Management or related field such as Sales or Marketing
- Passion about the product
- A strategic mindset and be able to think critically & analytically
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communicator who can articulate the product vision and strategy
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced, changing environment
