We are looking for a Supply & Demand planner to join our team based out of our St Leonards office. This role will primarily be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, which will include demand planning, ordering, importing & managing inventory.

**Responsibility**
- You will be responsible to maintain accurate weekly production plans, look after goods in transit which include updating date of arrival, tracking containers, and update SAP with the latest information from the factory, 3PL & our warehouses.
- Maintain an accurate forecast using inputs from the Sales, Marketing & Brand Partner to support the monthly demand.
- Responsible to update our forecast Tool (Exceedra) with the most updated data for the next 18-24 months.
- Manage the weekly planning process by reviewing orders based on projected orders from Coles & Woolworths, opening stock, stock in transit & lead-time.
- Ensure inventory is correctly maintained at each warehouse, based on safety stock target levels.
- Anticipate & evaluate risk of out of stock and communicate pro-actively both to our Sales/Brand Partner team but also to our VRP’s (Vendor Replenishment Planner).
- Manage your business waste risk (slow movers, best before date risk)

You will also be working with our brand partners to build a strong relationship and to alert them of any changes in demand and ensure timely supply. You will have the opportunity to put your critical thinking and communication skills to good use, as you will be communicating with suppliers and customers, to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivery monitored for supply. You’re comfortable navigating SAP and have prior experience working in demand and supply planning roles within FMCG industry.
