**In this role**:
***As part of the Executive Search & Sourcing Team within the People Operations branch you will report to the Senior Manager Executive Recruitment & Sourcing and be an integral part of the team managing our organisational reform.**

**In this critical fixed term role until the end of 2025 you will be**:
You will be responsible for leveraging your extensive professional networks, mining talent intelligence to deliver market insights and business results connecting our divisional leaders with emerging and established executive talent

You will work with our internal and external hiring communities and make all participants in our selection processes feel heard, respected and that their interaction with us is worthwhile. You’ll work across a range of divisions, industries and job families particularly within, the infrastructure, technology, engineering, digital or project management fields; delighting our senior leaders with simple advice drawn from your mastery of executive search.

This is not a role for the faint hearted, as we are going through an organisational reform, you will be managing many competing priorities, in return you will gain deep insight into how state government operates and will build extremely valuable connections for the future.

**About You**:
You bring a demonstrated proven track record in executive leadership headhunting and recruitment. You, have excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. You will be able and willing to engage with a portfolio of clients and strive to surpass their expectations displaying resilience and tenacity. You are a people person who can confidently work with executives and leaders and build trust quickly through delivering market insights.

You bring a commitment to quality and compliance without losing sight of the bigger picture.

You bring proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools, you are able to work autonomously as well as part of a team (preferably with experience using Success Factors)
