Store Operations Specialist

Are you passionate about optimising store operations and driving excellence? At Wesfarmers Health, we're looking for a Store Operations Specialist to play a key role in implementing our Retail Strategy. This position focuses on managing and enhancing operational policies and procedures to ensure our stores deliver top-notch performance and consistency.

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee and manage all operational policy and procedural documentation for our stores.
- Drive improvements in store execution, efficiency, and compliance to boost commercial success.
- Support the implementation of our retail growth strategy.Provide vital support and administration for store operations.

**What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of retail experience, including 1-2 years in a Support Office or similar role.
- Excellent written communication for documenting policies and procedures.
- Video creation and editing skills
- Strong process management with exceptional attention to detail.
- Analytical skills with knowledge of retail point of sale and back-office systems.
- Continuous improvement mindset and curiosity.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to build relationships and work autonomously.
