The

Your role will be divided into 2 main functions and training is available.

**Rostering**:

- Working with the Rostering Coordinator to ensure efficient utilisation of staff across many services and sites within the Workforce solutions team
- Contribute to the orientation and onboarding process of staff, utilising our applicant tracking, onboarding, and payroll systems to ensure they are fully prepared for work.
- **Contribute to the out of hours on call roster, including one evening per week and a minimum of one weekend per month.**

**Recruitment & Administration**
- Advertising, screening and onboarding suitably qualified and experienced staff.
- Reference checking and monitoring compliance of staff across services
- Obtaining timesheet approvals
- Creating job records
- General payroll administration

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Rostering, recruitment, or scheduling experience would be highly regarded.
- Tech savvy and able to pick up new technology quickly and easily and work across multiple systems
- A good eye for detail and strong administration skills including intermediate-advanced skills in the Microsoft suite
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with good time management skills
- Current WWCC and Police Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role
- Availability to work on-call with a minimum of one evening per week and one weekend per month (additional allowance provided)
