By joining the national spare parts technical services team of this progressive national supplier of quality commercial catering equipment, you will provide timely and accurate parts order processing and high-level customer service to its clients. The company is currently embarking on an exciting rebranding program and will relocate its head office to Melbourne’s inner suburbs in the next few months.
Your key responsibilities will include
- To ensure all customer spare parts inquiries and orders are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
- Providing reports and quotations to customers in a timely manner
- Efficient processing of invoices / credit requests/ stock returns.
- Provide customers with back advice when goods are unavailable and expected ETA.
- Providing overall efficient, professional, and informed customer service, assisting with customer enquiries, product parts knowledge and developing long term customer relationships.
Most likely post-secondary qualified in a business or customer service-related discipline, you will have a successful background in spare parts order processing and customer service, preferably in a dynamic national equipment supplier business.
High level communication, IT, and attention to detail skills are essential along with reliability and a great team and work ethic in the important spare parts customer service position.
