We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts and Logistics Coordinator to join their operations based in Melbourne’s north. Playing the vital link between the warehouse and customer base, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of logistic functions for spare parts.

On a day-to-day basis, your duties will include:

- Responding to spare parts requests/enquiries via telephone and online
- Providing technical assistance regarding parts to customers
- Logistics organisation for incoming and outgoing parts
- Liaising between departments and stakeholders to ensure stock requirements are met
- Selling parts/solutions where the opportunity arises
- Forklift operation/warehousing where required
- Previous experience in spare parts/logistics essential
- An ability to understand the technical aspects of the spare parts you will be responsible for
- A passion for customer service and providing solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills amongst various stakeholders
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A high level of initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Current forklift licence is a significant advantage, however training can be provided to the right person
