**SPARE PARTS ANALYST**

Do you have an engineers brain and a Customer Service manner? We have just the role that will allow you utilise your skill set. You will have the opportunity to problem solve puzzles and work with colleagues on unique challenges that arise in this role.

You will gain a sense of satisfaction restocking goods into the right place at the right time. By the time you’ve spent 6 weeks in this role, you’ll have it running like a well-oiled machine.

Welcome to your new role of Return and Spare Parts Analyst at New Aim

**The Exciting Role**:
Receiving, inspecting, and sorting all packages returned, checking transport documents.
- Restocking the goods into the warehouse.
- Managing and support loading 2nd hand items.
- Managing damaged items and bin to appropriate location.
- Creating and completing tickets related to return items
- Assisting Customer Support team with queries and responses.
- Following safe operating procedures and complying with company policy.
- Resolving spare parts requests from customers
- Requesting and receiving parts, identifying and sourcing parts/components, and providing parts quotes.
- Receiving, inspecting, and sorting all packages returned, checking transport documents Monitoring spare parts stock and inventory, organising stock take.
- Picking and delivering correct parts to customers. Packing the parts and arranging for dispatch or pick up.
- Loading and unloading parts, transferring parts from Warehouses.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Experience in Warehousing and Customer Service
- Finds the way to get the job done even when normal channels, materials and methods don’t work
- Continuous Improvement mindset - looks for ways to simplify and improve work systems and processes to be more efficient
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced MS Office skills - Word and Excel essential
- Confident with Database Software
- Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately, with a high attention to detail
- Knowledge of WHS policies and procedures
