We currently have an opportunity for a Compliance Officer. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in providing compliance advice and support whilst ensuring adherence to legislation, contractual requirements, and internal processes. Reporting to **Quality Assurance Lead**, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Ensure services adhere to relevant legislation, contractual requirements, and internal policies through regular monitoring, reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance checks to maintain high-quality standards and regulatory adherence.
- Act as a systems superuser for compliance-related software and assist in training staff on compliance policies and processes.
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all staff and contractors comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance across multiple sites.

**What Y**ou’ll Bring**
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in facilities management, safety, or compliance, Qualifications in Quality / Continuous improvement with auditing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Working hours for this role will be 7am-3pm.- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and effectively communicate compliance requirements to various stakeholders.- Proactive approach to workplace health and safety, with a focus on enhancing compliance processes and driving efficiency improvements.
