Vitalis is looking for a People & Culture Generalist to take the lead in managing recruitment and workforce management. This full-time position offers you the chance to own the recruitment process from start to finish. As a standalone HR function, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to shape the role, streamline HR processes, and make a tangible impact on our organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working independently while still being an integral part of a supportive organisation.
**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the organisation's goals and attract talent.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, compliance, and performance management, supporting managers with HR-related matters.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and those exiting the company.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

**About You**:

- Proven recruitment experience: 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of HR processes and recruitment functions.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment systems (experience in JobAdder and/or Employment Hero is advantageous)
- A solid understanding of employment legislation.
