QA Lead

Looking for an experienced and creative Software Test Engineering lead who will lead the QA team in australia. To succeed in this role, you should be a hands-on engineer and a highly motivated and passionate individual who loves to guide the team with the QA best practices. You should have a background in consulting or be involved in multiple Agile projects. **About you** - Plans direct and coordinate activities to ensure project goals are accomplished within defined constraints. - Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. - Maintained a high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines - Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organisation **Requirements**: Skills/experience required: - 10 years of professional experience as a software quality tester in which 3 years should be in leadership roles - Experience in SAP or backend testing, Automation (TOSCA, UFT) - 3+ years of experience leading high-performance software quality/automation teams - Experience with defining detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test strategies, test plans, and test cases - Experience with estimating, prioritising, planning and coordinating testing activities - Practical experience in tracking QA metrics (defect densities, open defect counts) and reporting test results via incident and test summary documents - Ability to estimate the work and able to manage team member's allocation - Proficient in leading cross-functional discussions & collaborations to achieve common goals - Proficient in SDLC practices (Agile, Waterfall, SCM, Issue Tracking) - Familiar with DevOps practices (CI, CD, containerisation & orchestration, config management, etc.) - Problem-solving and debugging skills: analyse and investigate test failures, errors, and build issues, properly driving issues to completion. - Possess an outgoing and positive attitude to mobilise and lead others. **Desirable skills**: - Implementation and project experience with SAP Commerce, SD/MM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or SAP ERP - Experience from larger-scale customer experience or digital transformation initiatives is highly regarded. **Benefits**: About us Born in Sydney, FAIR is a boutique consulting firm that partners with iconic Australian brands to create digital experiences.
