**About the role**

Glen Eira Leisure (GEL) offers fitness, recreation and aquatic education services across multiple sites in Glen Eira, including the premier Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC). At GEL, we are passionate about providing outstanding service to improve the health and wellbeing of our community and everybody is welcome

The Administration Officer provides support with customer enquiries, memberships, accounts, and other admin related duties.

Key responsibilities include:

- Process membership requests, credits and refunds
- Respond to billing enquiries and disputes
- Maintain account details
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Raise orders and process invoices

**About you**

To be successful in the role you will have a keen eye for detail with a commitment to providing quality customer service. You will have effective conflict resolution skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people.

Please note applicants must be willing to undergo a police records check and, hold or be willing to obtain an employee working with children check.
