We are looking to hire an organised and dedicated Philanthropy and Fundraising Manager who is interested to join this vision.
**Your new role**
As part of the Impact and Engagement team this dynamic and strategic role, will see you lead and manage all aspects of philanthropic giving and fundraising. You will be responsible for providing strategy whilst also managing and growing income through major gifts, individual giving, and bequests.
Reporting to the Director, Engagement & Communications, you will use your excellent stakeholder management skills to build and establish relationships with high-net-worth individuals and organisations. You will grow the existing donor database and income and develop innovative fundraising campaigns. The attached Position Description will provide you with more information about the role. This is a full-time ongoing role and is based within our National Office in Glebe.
**Duties**
- Develop and implement the Philanthropy and Fundraising strategy.
- Build and establish relationships with new high net worth individuals and organisations.
- Grow the existing donor database and income.
- Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement and communications plan and innovative fundraising campaigns.
**What you need for success?**
We want you to be successful in your new role This means you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in philanthropy, fundraising, marketing, or related field.
- Experience working across philanthropy and fundraising in a senior-level role.
- Strong, successful background in personally securing philanthropic partnerships.
- Substantial experience in achieving significant growth in individual giving campaigns and appeals.
- Solid evidence of a successful portfolio of philanthropy, fundraising and bequest management.
- High competence and ability to manage CRM, donor management systems and/or third-party fundraising platforms such as Salesforce.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions on limited budgets in line with organisational strategy and business needs.
- Desire to create impact with the work you do every day, that supports all Australians live life, their way.
