
Donor Acquisition Coordinator

Working within the Fundraising team, this short-term contract will support the Individual Giving Manager to execute various donor acquisition projects as well as promote and protect the Médecins Sans Frontières brand in Australia and New Zealand.
You will be accountable for project managing various acquisition programs across direct mail, digital, branding campaigns and print media; generating actionable insights from data analysis and producing reports; contributing to forecasting through planning and budget management; championing clear and consistent messaging and brand management; and ensuring compliance against external legislation and internal style guidelines.
This key role will work collaboratively alongside the Digital Marketing and Supporter Relations teams to keep across market trends, implement best practice acquisition programs and contribute to the positive team culture.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this operational project management role you will be known for your time management and organisational skills. You will enjoy working in a fast paced and accountable team and will be motivated by working in a humanitarian aid organisation. Ideally you can demonstrate:
- Project Management experience preferably with direct mail or donor acquisition campaigns
- Experience with adhering to brand guidelines, as well as legislative and regulatory compliances
- Knowledge of donor acquisition strategies and digital marketing
- Experience managing budgets and reporting
- Proven organisational skills, ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Microsoft suite experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
