Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager - Philanthropy this immediately available 3-month contract will support revenue generation activities through assisting with the development, implementation, and continual improvement of strategies designed at securing annual major gifts of $10,000 and above.

Working collaboratively with the highly revered MSFA Fundraising team you will contribute to campaigns within the Major Donor fundraising program to ensure targets are met and the ongoing success of the Major Donor Program. You will be accountable for management of print and digital campaigns, events, data analysis and reporting.

**What you will bring**

To be successful in this key fundraising role you will be known for your ability to develop high net worth relationships, and for your hunger for hunger for both challenge and change. You’ll enjoy the donor facing aspect of fundraising and will be motivated by being part of a humanitarian aid organisation. Ideally you can demonstrate:

- Previous experience working with Major Donors
- Demonstrated understanding of fundraising and philanthropy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comfortably engage in conversation with high value donors and interact successfully with diverse groups of people
- Excellent communication skills including presentation, writing, and editing skills
- Advanced CRM skills - including queries, exports, and reports
- Availability to undertake interstate travel
