Exciting opportunity for a Client Services and Infrastructure Coordinator

**Your new company**

A State Government Department is looking for an Client Services and Infrastructure Coordinator to join their team. This role requires you to work full-time hours, on an initial temporary basis.

**Your new role**

Your role as a Client Services and Infrastructure Coordinator will entail:

- Develop and implement operational plans for the maintenance of institute facilities, assets and utilities
- Responsible for managing and planning capital and minor works to ensure all assets, properties and facilities are effectively maintained
- Provide advice to internal and external parties regarding facility and asset related matters
- Manage the budget associated with institute facilities and services
- Negotiate and manage all accommodation and events and any other client requirements
- Manage contracted services such as cleaning, grounds maintenance, housekeeping, catering and security
- Manage client access to facilities and services including out of hours
- Manage quotes, bookings and invoicing for students, corporate and community accommodation, housing and other short term and long term accommodation
- To ensure tenancy agreements are in place and financial requirements are met you will be required to work closely with the Manager Business Development and the senior assets and facilities officer
- Identify and promote commercial opportunities for accommodation

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- High level organisational skills
- Experience in property, contracts and facilities management
- Experience in commercially costing projects
- Experience in monitoring and managing budgets
- Previous State Government experience
