TSA is an Australian-owned business helping companies acquire, retain and grow their consumer customer bases. We represent some of the country's largest brands from across multiple call centres in Australia and the Philippines.

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking for passionate team members to support our service program with Australia's largest private provider of quality Early Learning centres.

**As a Tour Booking Agent, you will be**:

- Promote and enhance the reputation of the Centre Brands by providing accurate information around benefits, features and culture
- Complete thorough needs analysis with your families to identify the best Family Centre Fit for their child
- Schedule site tours
- Monitoring the tour's progress by making follow-up calls to families
- Assisting families with their enrolment forms
- Confirming child's placements within centres
- Gain experience in Portfolio management

- Rotating Monday to Friday, between 7:00am to 7:00pm with some work from home flexibility.

- A high degree of patience and empathy for others
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively without compromising service levels
- Team player, working collaboratively to exceed expectations
- Highly flexible and adaptable - welcomes change
- Genuine interest in early childhood education and care
- You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
