We are here to create tailored plans unique to each individual, helping them to gain employment skills and work experience with the end goal of assisting them to find meaningful, long-term employment. As **Performance Coach **for the DES program, you will contribute to the success of our DES Program by working closely with our frontline staff. You will oversee the planning delivery of regional learning and development strategies, coaching activities, advice to build and embed knowledge and capability across our DES leaders and teams. **Key duties will include**: - Working with the Quality & Compliance Leader to identify training needs across each region based on analysis of RSS reports and feedback, audits and performance reports - Driving learning, operational initiatives and best practice strategies by sourcing, developing and delivering training solutions to address learning needs and improve performance - Coaching team leaders and team members - Proactively seeking ways to further enhance our customer experience through promotion of consistent and effective customer service strategies - Keeping up to date with any industry or department changes and ensuring this knowledge is communicated and embedded across the relevant employment teams - Working with the wider leadership team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies **What will you bring to the role?** - Strong, confident communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to change your communication style to suit the audience - Knowledge and use of the Disability Employment Services (DES) contract DEED and guidelines - Understanding of different learning styles and experience delivering training to small groups via e-learning, workshops, online tutorial sessions, on the job coaching and job-shadowing - Ability to analyse and interpret data to formulate effective strategies - A solutions-based focus, continuously seeking ways to find further opportunities to add value - Flexibility to travel up to 2 weeks out of every month to our Central/Norther QLD sites in order to support and provide coaching to teams at the front line of our business **Additional requirements**: - Right to Work in Australia i.e., Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or Visa with permission to work - A current **Blue Card **(Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain - A current and valid **Driver’s Licence **and ability to undertake a National Police Check - To ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers, Community Solutions Group requires all authorised workers to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19 (two doses). **How can you join Community Solutions Group?** You can register your interest by simply click on 'Apply' below; we look forward to hearing from you **"We are a Circle Back Initiative Employer, and we commit to respond to every applicant"
