**About The Role**:
As a **Commercial Business Partner - Community Solutions**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial operations, providing insightful analysis, and driving strategic decision-making across our Community Solutions division.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Partnering with Executives and Senior Leaders to deliver financial insights that inform strategic and operational decisions
- Leading financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
- Developing and presenting reports, dashboards and commentary to drive divisional performance
- Building strong relationships with business leaders and providing coaching to uplift financial and commercial acumen
- Supporting business cases through financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Identifying risks and opportunities to optimise performance and profitability
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and governance standards

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- CPA or CA qualification (essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Commercial or Finance Business Partner role
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems such as Dynamics 365
- Ability to influence, educate and build trusted partnerships at all levels
- Experience within a similar organisation (desirable)
