We're seeking a Dispute Resolution Manager to play a vital role in ensuring that claims-related disputes are managed in a fair and reasonable manner, and in alignment with the interests of members and their beneficiaries. **About the role**:

- Manage disputes in line with policies and regulations, keeping abreast of industry changes.
- Undertake detailed investigations and analysis of IDR and EDR disputes. Assess and review materials to ensure all relevant information is organised and well summarised for AFCA submissions.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with our service providers to ensure fair and timely outcomes for members and their beneficiaries.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in registers, databases and systems (including the AFAC portal) to facilitate accurate reporting and information to the business and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a good working relationship with AFCA and administer AFCA case management workflow.
- Provide specialist advice to enhance dispute reporting and management processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Significant previous experience in insurance claims management.
- Knowledge of superannuation law.
- Experience in complaint management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Ability to prepare high-quality written reports for senior stakeholders.
- A member-centric orientation with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Sound computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
