We put this to action developing and implementing societal initiatives within our Social Impact Practice.**To be successful in this role you will have:*** Extensive experience within the workers’ compensation industry and an in-depth understanding of workers’ compensation legislation* Extensive experience in the workers’ compensation eligibility process, case management, and technical management* Experience in dispute resolution* A keen ability to learn* Excellent attention to detail* Excellent customer service skills* The ability to build and maintain strong relationships* Advanced communication skills* Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills* The ability to adapt to different situations and driven to achieve outcomes.**Required expertise:*** Previous experience in a dispute resolution role is preferred but not essential* Significant experience in claims management in the workers’ compensation scheme* Strong working knowledge of the *Accident Compensation Act* 1985 and medical terminology.**About DXC**DXC Claims Management has been specialising in workers’ compensation claims management for over 16 years, and we have an impressive track record of excellence in service delivery and innovation.
