**What's the role?**:
Your next role as a Solution Consultant will see you at the forefront in commercialising our assets optimsation and management solutions (i.e. Fleet Management and ONTrack) to complete the Core Solutions offering to our VIP customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has strong stakeholder management skills, and ability to identify business opportunities creating win-win solutions for both customers and Hilti.

**What does the role involve?**:
- Full optimisation of Services approach leading to sustainable growth in Services business and strengthening of value proposition
- Deliver sales and profit results through effective services & solutions implementation (i.e. ONTrack and Fleet Management) as well as the design and execution of individual account strategies
- Build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customers
- Drive customer centric initiatives in growing our services business.
- Active support and implementation of marketing initiatives

**What you need is**:
- Demonstrate a strong business acumen for negotiating in large opportunity situations
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders at different levels
- Relevant Bachelors Degree
- Three (3) - Four (4) years experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Consultant role or equivalent
- IT/ saas experience ideal
- Ability to be Internationally Mobile for future roles outside of Australia
- Ability to identify business opportunities within the segment, then create solutions that create mutual benefits to the customer and Hilti
- Strong sales skills and ability to sell value added premium services
- Effective planning to maximise productivity and customer-facing time
- Competent IT skills
- BW, GSA, JIRA, excel, word docs, power-point etc.
