Senior Service Delivery Solutions Manager - FinTech (Accountants & Bookkeepers) - Hybrid WFH/WFO Sydney CBD - 2 Days per week - $900 - $980 Daily INCL Super, Initial 12 Month Contract Our client, the 3rd largest **FinTech (SaaS)** in the world, is seeking an experienced** Senior Service Delivery Solutions Manager** Join this global leader, providing its customers (Accountants & Bookkeepers) with smarter business tools, whilst continuously finding innovative ways to deliver. **What your exciting days will look like**: - Customer Onboarding & Delivery - ensuring a smooth transition to our products - Solution Design & Implementation - partnering with internal and external teams to design & deliver solutions - Customer Success Management - a trusted advisor fostering strong relations - Process Improvement & Innovation - Continuously find ways to improve customer workflows and the overall delivery process - Product Expertise & Advocacy - develop a deep understanding of your product suite (Self Employed & Accountant Workflows) **What you'll bring to the team**: - Experience designing and implementing solutions as a business analyst, consultant or similar within the software industry - Understanding of project management principles to ensure efficient delivery and maximize business value for customers - A genuine curiosity for understanding customer needs and a demonstrated ability to solve complex workflow challenges using creative problem-solving and process thinking - Familiarity with accounting or tax industries & tools - a bonus **Perks** - Flexible Hybrid - WFH & office (Sydney CBD, 2000) - Enjoy Paid Public Holidays & additional "Recharge" Days
