**The Opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity to be the dedicated People & Culture Business Partner for two of the Business Units within the Macquarie Telecom Group, where you’ll work closely with their Group Executives to achieve great things.

**You will**
- Work closely with the senior leadership on the delivery of high quality solutions regarding culture, leadership development & all related people processes.
- Coach & provide managers & senior leaders with the resources, tools & best practice approach to effectively action plan and lift engagement
- Manage processes for employee lifecycle activities e.g. mid and end of year performance reviews, salary reviews etc
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to engage & onboard exceptional talent.
- Support managers to actively manage their team’s performance

**Your ideal skills & experience**
- Demonstrated experience in strategic P&C related roles
- Experience in driving the people projects roadmap and achieving the desired commercial outcomes.
- Change &/or project management skills
- Great coaching capability
