IMMEDIATE START POSITION We have an opening for a dynamic and hands-on NSW On-Site Consultantto work within our expanding Dream Courts business, based at our Northmead office.

We are looking for a motivated, skilled, and confident person with a passion for people, Sports, and the Courts. 

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced On-Site Consultantto join our innovative team and demonstrate your enthusiasm to meet with our clients through face-to-face engagement. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored sports court solutions, providing accurate quotations, and supporting clients throughout the sales journey. The consultant will be a key representative of Dream Courts, ensuring professionalism, product knowledge, and outstanding customer experience.

You will be the point of contact between Dream Courts, our Subcontractors and customers, arranging mutually agreeable times to attend the site in question, providing recommendations on court layout, civil works and timeframes. You will measure and prepare notes on site, including draft sketches of the court layout and civil works. You will work tirelessly to go above and beyond to satisfy customer demands, and importantly, ensure site inspections are booked in a quick and timely manner. You are the frontline of DreamCourts business and are responsible for representing DreamCourts with the utmost professionalism. You are passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer experience, sales and will drive the delivery of all KPI's.

The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of Site Inspections, Customer-facing, communications, and is someone who loves getting involved across all aspects of the business, from coordinating trades/civils, to meeting and presenting Dream Courts products to our prospect customers, as well as at times assisting both our state operations man

Duties include

  • Provide ongoing support to our leaders to help grow their respective business areas and increase profitability

· Conduct on-site consultations with potential clients to assess their requirements.

· Deliver a premium consultation experience, ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dream Courts' products, design options, and installation processes.

Skills & Experience

You will be someone who has the ability and enjoys multitasking across multiple projects and reacts positively to often shifting or competing priorities.

Requirements

  • Employment experience as an Installer/Carpenter/Landscaper or any other relevant trade background
  • Reliable, respectful, and friendly with a positive attitude
  • Hands-on individual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail with high-level lateral thinking skills
  • Excellent people-interacting skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Extensive industry knowledge in Sporting, Leisure, Education or Retail in a hands-on environment
  • Experience within the landscaping industry would be an advantage
  • Drivers Licence

This is a permanent full-time (38 hours per week) position.
