Reporting to what can be described as a very impressive senior leadership team, the organisation is growing at an exponential rate and is expecting to grow their revenue significantly in the next 12 -18 months.

We are looking for Finance Business Partner. Someone that has a CA/CPA background, but doesn't see themselves as a typical accountant. The Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing commercial functions that fundamentally influence operations, profitability, & sustainable scaling of its operations.

Heralding from a Management Accounting background you will enjoy data analysis and contributing to the decisions around feasibility. Liaising with operational stakeholders it will be up to you to make sure that the finances for that division are delivered in order for the organisation to move forward with their growth plans.

The role ultimately reports to a COO and you will take responsibility for certain teams budgeting and forecasting as well as Business partnering with Operations teams by providing cost analysis of monthly actuals data and comparisons to Budget.

You must be someone who enjoys, and has the ability to take ownership of the process. Someone who isn't afraid to ask the difficult questions and is prepared for the "scaling up" that is about to take place.

You will CA/CPA qualified and be able to take ownership of the numbers. You will actively contribute to the culture of continuous improvement regarding accounting and reporting systems and processes.

We need someone who is open and can interact with many stakeholders both internally and externally.
