Your Part in the BlueCare Team

This role will ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement with Blue Care through delivering a Blue Care person-centred and consistent accounts management approach. You will:
- Provide a high level of inbound and outbound customer service-
- Determine customer needs and assist to understand suitable care options- Explain the Aged Care process in detail including the fees payable- Follow all legislative requirements including issuing legal contracts to clients We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
