THE ROLE
CSR have an exciting opportunity for a Full time Customer Service Representative, Internal Sales Support person to join our team in in Coopers Plains
You will be responsible for day-to-day facilitation of customer inquiries and quotes achieving agreed service outcomes through the QLD Distribution Network for Gyprock and Cemintel. Responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all tasks with relevant levels of authority captured in the CRM system. Providing clear and accurate communication with external and internal stakeholders, guaranteeing agreed service outcomes.
- To achieve Customer Service business goals by driving continuous improvement.
- To inspire team cooperation to consistently deliver a quality service and product to our customers.
- To drive a culture based on an uncompromising commitment to safety.

**You will have the following**:

- Have high energy and enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills.
- Be passionate about customer service with suitable experience to match.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills, SAP and CRM experience desirable
