As a Consultant in the People & Inclusion Policy Risk and Compliance team, you will have a passion for people policy, and enjoy working as a conduit between our Employee Relations, People Operations and HR Business Partners to shape and implement people processes and manage people risks.

**Your Opportunity**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build on your HR experience by managing people compliance initiatives, coordinating internal audits of people processes, and working on other cross-divisional projects.

This is an excellent role for an early career HR generalist or HR operations consultant. To be successful in the role, you will have:

- excellent communication and influencing skills
- a systems mindset
- good excel skills
- experience managing small projects, and
- thrive on connecting the dots between employment law, systems and people processes.

**Qualifications**:

- We are looking for applicants that have tertiary qualifications in HR or a related degree.
