**About the role**
- Roster Scheduling/Planning
- Pre-mobilisation and Coordination Position
- Santos is looking to appoint a Technical Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and technical assistance to the WA Gas Assets Operations team. This role will support daily operations and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company's activities.

**Accountabilities are delivered in line with the Santos company values and Santos Management System (SMS). Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Provide administrative assistance by providing extended support with site rosters, coordinate site travel, organising relevant mobilisation and on-boarding documentation.
- Organisation of filing and maintaining databases to support easy accessibility and retrieval of technical data and reports.
- Coordination of helicopter movements and car/bus transfers as required
- Working closely with the Planning group to maintain site plans and rosters
- Administration of the PTW system
- Implementation of the personnel mobilisation system
- Manage on-boarding process prior to personnel site attendance - checking SF and ISN for inductions and certificates
- Compiling and auditing new employee documentation including qualifications and certificates
- Administration of all facility information systems and procedures including word processing and databases
- Verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and sub-contractors (CMMS)
- Reconciliation of sub-contractor and employee timesheets
- Provide administration and document control assistance
- Perform other duties as required.
- Adhere to Santos reporting obligations and EHS standards and performance, company’s environmental, health & safety vision, policies, and management standards.

**About you**
- Minimum year 12 qualified and/or diploma in Business Administration with demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Packages including Teams and Skype.
- Familiar with travel booking systems and rostering of field personnel.
- Experience in validating pre-mobilisation of training & competency requirements is ideal.
- Able to show discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with a high attention to detail.
- Team player who is able to collaborate effectively and build positive relationships.
- Positive, flexible, and resilient in meeting changing business demands.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices within the energy industry is beneficial.
