We have a fantastic opportunity in our Sunshine office for a positive, energetic and highly motivated experienced Junior/Legal Assistant to join our Public Liability team. The role is a full time opportunity however we are open to discussions regarding flexible work arrangements.This role will have you responsible for providing one on one administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Daily duties will include:
- File administration
- Extensive diary management
- Communicating with clients and third parties
- Generating and editing correspondence
- Preparing court documents

What will your bring?- Experience in legal support or administration preferred
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Outstanding communication and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A willingness to learn
