**EL1 Program Communications Lead**
- $64 - $69 an hour plus 11% super

**Eligibility**:
Baseline Clearance or ability to obtain.

**Program Communications Lead**:

- Spearhead assurance activities, ensuring effective communication and training strategies.
- Work closely with Program Leads to develop impactful communications and training packages for contractors and internal staff.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficient in content and graphic design to create visually compelling materials.
- Strong ability to communicate and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders in the education sector.
- Experienced in crafting learning and development materials tailored to different audiences.
- Navigate and thrive in hybrid work environments.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing communications strategies and activities.

**Ideally, you will be capable of**:

- **Training Preparedness**: Collaborate to prepare for impactful training sessions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders.
- **Adaptive Responsibilities**:

- **Communication Prowess**: Exhibit excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- **Tailored Messaging**: Ability to tailor messaging to specific audiences.

**Onboarding Requirements**:
Upon commencement, completion of Cultural Appreciation Training and Disability Awareness Training is mandatory as part of the onboarding process.
