ABOUT THE ROLE

Salvos Stores are seeking a Full-time Permanent eCommerce Manager to implement, monitor and drive continuous improvement across Salvos Stores eCommerce strategy, including online sales operations and channels, customer facing digital solutions and any additional online business.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Digital Channels you will lead key activities such as overseeing and implementing improvements to our current online operations, growing sales and profitability.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Identify current and future business requirements in terms of online sales, digital trends and opportunities.- Investigate, recommend, implement and maintain eCommerce digital platforms and assets.- Establish key eCommerce metrics for reporting on sales, customer feedback, digital traffic and trends.- Keep abreast of online industry trends and identify opportunities for adoption and partnerships.- Identify and pilot new and/or emerging online sales channel opportunities- Develop and oversee product sourcing process from the current network of stores, as well as identifying other opportunities.- Analyse product and inventory, competition and market trends to translate these into opportunities to maximise sales.- Manage and oversee all aspects of the user experience including product, site merchandising improvements, order fulfilment, customer service and the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce team.

About You:
You will have the ability to monitor and drive continuous improvement across Salvos Stores eCommerce strategy including online sales operations and channels, customer facing digital solutions and any additional online business. You also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.- Highly experienced in MS Office suite, eCommerce platforms and Google Analytics desirable.- Excellent people management and written/verbal communication skills- Highly analytical and able to interpret and develop insights and recommendations.
